Kep Autrement: Introduction
Kep Autrement was founded in 2013 by a Belgian and a Frenchman living in Cambodia and Kep for many years. Their passions? Discover the inhabitants and landscapes along the tracks! Thus weaving an unusual web of cross-roads, they had fun in the provinces of Kep and Kampot over an area of 10 000 km2. Leading today to other horizons, they pass the relay to a new team, equally passionate. Max, French and Vutha, Cambodian, will be able to share their passion for this country that heals its wounds, rebuilds itself, always with a smile and a great human warmth. Moreover, for this 5th season, Kep Autrement is opening up to English-speaking customers!
Means of transport
The motorcycle is the ideal vehicle to discover the region. Indeed, it allows to truly get off the beaten track, to take inaccessible tracks otherwise, to be closer to the inhabitants and offers a great freedom of improvisation. Motorcycles are in fact scooters, automatic or semi-automatic. It is better to have already driven, but it is also possible to leave with us as beginners. Our courses go crescendos. We can also take someone behind us. Groups are limited to a maximum of 8/10 people, and from 4 motorcycles, a 2nd guide comes with us to close the walk.
If you do not feel comfortable on a motorcycle, or for a family outing, with children or elderly people, tuk-tuk is the ideal alternative to the motorcycle. A traditional means of transport which is very common in Southeast Asia and Cambodia, it allows to fully enjoy the landscapes and to sink into the countryside to meet people. Our tuk-tuk drivers know our tours and state of mind perfectly and drive this local "coach" along the roads and trails very comfortably!
